Rituals of Healing: Bone

This is an act of remembering.

Earth has memory. Stone has memory. Water has memory.

But I do not remember.

I do not remember my own life, the most important moments, when the path was changed for me, despite me, without me.

I do not remember.

But my body remembers.

Bones are the stones of my body, and I do this to take the memory out of my bones so that I can be here and so that I can be now.

So that I can be here.

So that I can be now.

This is an act of remembering.
